Fire damper cartridge SC 60'-90'-120'
Description
Round butterfly valve has a fire resistance of up to 120 minutes. They are equipped with a thermal fuse that keeps both parts of the blade open. Once the temperature in the jacket is higher than 72°, the thermal fuse is activated and the two blades close. The valve is then in the closed position. Two stop tabs lock the blades in this position and ensure a perfect seal of flames and smoke. The connection valve is placed in a metal ventilation duct of the same diameter and is held in place by the rubber gasket.
Round butterfly valves are a compact fire-resistant solution for small diameter ducts. Installed at wall passages to stop the spread of fire, they are distinguished by their simplicity of installation.

General placement
- The installation must always be done in accordance with the installation instructions and the classification report.
- Check whether the valve blade can move freely.
- Mounting instruction: mounting can be done with the valve pass in any position (0-360°)
- Direction of airflow: random
- The butterfly valves are always tested in standardized support structures according to EN 1366-2. The results obtained apply to similar support structures with a fire resistance, thickness and density equal to or greater than the supporting structure of the test.
- The butterfly valve must be accessible for inspection and maintenance.
- When mounting, the safety distances in relation to other construction elements must be respected, unless otherwise stated.
